Nurturing Yourself in Productivity!
How do you relate to grace, especially when it comes to giving it to yourself? Often, we readily extend grace to others but struggle to offer the same compassion to ourselves.
Last Saturday, I wrapped up Creative Toolkit. I had grand plans to roll out all the post-event content immediately, but my body had different ideas. Instead of pushing through exhaustion, I made the choice to rest and recharge. After three months of intense planning and stress, I prioritized my well-being. I let go of my rigid schedule and allowed myself to move at a slower pace, easing the tension my body had been carrying.
The work will still be there when I'm ready, but for now, it's time to embrace rest and slowly ease back into productivity. Stay tuned for a recap, but in the meantime, let's savor the present moment and enjoy the peaceful vibes!
